Support Contracts
One of the best way to address IT issues is to embrace a preventative approach. We offer support contracts where we will visit your site and perform a detailed investigation and checkup into each piece of covered equipment.
For workstations, we inspect the hardware and make sure there is no impending failures. We also ensure any anti-virus and anti-malware solutions are active and there is no sign of intrusion.
In the case of a server or other network equipment we are also able to inspect the system logs to make sure everything is happening as it should.
Backups can also be verified to ensure they are still happening according to schedule.
